WHAT THEY SAID:

"The meet started with tough conditions that challenged our distance squad, but they responded by focusing on racing instead of chasing times," said Head Coach Brooke Craig. "Day 2 followed with several breakthroughs on the team, like Nyomi and Tristan smashing their 400-meter hurdle school records and Emily breaking the 2:30 barrier in the 800. This was a solid team performance this weekend that showed they are growing."

UP NEXT:

The Lancers will travel to Williamsburg, Va., for the Colonial Relays hosted by William & Mary University on Saturday, Apr 4 and Apr 5.
