2025-26: Ran in eight track meets … Ran a season-best time of 18:47.28 in the 5K at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (April 10-11) … Ran a season-best time of 5:03.89 in the 1,500m at The Hill City Twilight (May 2).
2025: Raced in eight meets during the indoor and outdoor season … Placed top 10 in two meets …I n the 2025 Liberty Open (Feb. 7-8), placed ninth at the 4x400 (4:05.97)...At the Fred Hardy Invitational (March 20-21), placed sixth in the 5,000m (18:38.58) that was also a personal best … Added a personal best in the 1,500m at the Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invitational with a 4:54.32 (March 28).
2024: Ran in all seven meets between indoor and outdoor season … Logged a personal best in the 5,000M at the Big South Outdoor Championship on May 7 with a 19:11.63, the fifth fastest time in team history … Set a personal best in the 1,500M with a time of 4:57.86 on April 20 at the CNU New Captains Classic … Posted a personal best in the 800M at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic on April 13 with a 2:26.99 … Set her PR in the indoor 3,000M with an 11:01.43 at the Virginia Tech Challenge on Feb. 17.
