2025: Ran in nine meets during the indoor and outdoor season…Placed top ten in seven meets…At the Liberty Open (Feb. 7-8), placed ninth in the 4x400 (3:27.23)...At the Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational (March 20-21), placed third in the 4x100 (42.02)...At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29), placed fifth in the 4x100 (42.73) and set a personal best in the 200m with a 22.65 and the 100m with an 11.15…At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5), placed fifth in the 4x100 (42.51), fifth in the 4x200 (1:29.64), ninth in the 4x400 (3:26.77), and eighth in the sprint medley relays (3:32.44)...At the Wildcat Invitational (April 18-19), placed fifth in the 100m (11.38), seventh in the 200 (22.73), and second in the 4x400 (3:33.18)...At the Big South Championship (May 12-14), placed sixth in the 4x100 (41.86). 
 
2024: Ran in seven meets between indoor and outdoor season…Had a personal best in the 200M at the Big South Championship on March 7 with a 22.91…Finished with a personal best in the 100M at the Hornet Open on March 30 with an 11.27…Posted a personal best in the 400M at the Fred Hardy Invitational on March 22 with a 53.04…Had a 7.54 in the 60M at the Liberty Open on February 3…
 
High School: Ran both indoor and outdoor track from 2021-23 at Glen Allen…All-American in the 4x100M relay at Adidas Nationals in 2022…All-State in both indoor and outdoor track in the 4x400M…Team captain as a senior for both indoor and outdoor track…Earned Coaches Award for 2023 in both indoor and outdoor track…Posted top times as a senior in indoor in the 55M (6.97), 300M (37.21) and 500M (1:08.29) and outdoor in the 100M (11.56), 200M (23.65) and 400M (52.12)…Team won Region 5C Outdoor title...Outdoor state champion runner in 2022 and runner up in indoor in 2023…
