2025-26: Ran in 10 track meets…Rand the second-fastest indoor 400m time in team history with a 50.51 at the 2026 Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-28)…Set a personal best in the 200m with a 22.67 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (April 10-11)…Set a personal best in the 400m with a 49.63 at The Hill City Twilight (May 2) that was also the second-fastest time in team history…Part of the fastest 4x400m relay in team history at the 2026 Big South Championships (May 11-13) when the team ran a 3:14.98…
 
2025: Raced in seven meets during the indoor and outdoor season and placed top ten in five meets…At the Liberty Open (Feb. 7-8), placed ninth in the 4x400 (3:27.33)...At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29), placed second in the 4x400 (3:23.77)...At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5) placed ninth in the 4x400 (3:26.77)...At the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (April 11-12), ran a personal best of 1:02.86 in the 400m hurdles…At the Wildcat Invitational (April 18-19) placed seventh in the 400m hurdles (1:05.11) and second in the 4x400 (3:33.18)...At the Big South Championship (May 12-14) placed tenth in the 400m hurdle preliminaries (1:04.20)...
