2025-26: Ran in 11 track meets … Set a personal best, and program indoor record, in the mile with a 4:18.92 at the 2026 Liberty Open (Jan. 23-24) … Recorded a personal best in the 3,000m with a 9:18.46 at the Liberty Kickoff (Dec. 4-5) … Part of the fastest indoor DMR in team history at the 2026 Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-28) with a 10:39.65 … Set a personal best in the 800m with a 1:53.34 that also broke the program record at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (April 10-11) and ran a person best 15:40.65 in the 5,000m at the same meet … Posted a personal best in the 1,500m with a 3:57.54 that was the second-fastest time in team history at the Virginia Challenge (April 17-18).
 
2025: Raced in seven meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons and placed top ten in three meets … Holds the fourth-fastest time in the 800m and the 1,500m … At the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational (March 28-29) placed second in the 1500m (4:03.23), putting him in the fourth spot for the 1500m in Longwood history with the fastest time in his career … At the 2025 Colonial Relays (April 3-5), placed ninth in the 5000m (15:50.10), placed ninth in the distance medley relays (10:41.07) ... At the Hill City Twilight (May 2), placed fifth in the 800m (1:55.07) that ranks as the fourth-fastest time in the event in team history and a career best.
 
High School: Competed in track for four seasons and lettered in cross country in three at Clover Hill High School … Part of a three-time state champion team … Holds school records in the 400M, 500M and the indoor track 4x800M relay…Personal best of 16:29 in the 5K … In track, posted personal bests of 35.4 in the 300M, 1:05.81 in the 500M, 1:57 in the 800M, 2:46 in the 1,000M, 4:47 in the 1,600M, and 10:44 in the 3,200M.
