WHAT THEY SAID:
"We made some great adjustments in round two," said Longwood Head Coach
Megan Weaver. "The conditions today were a lot different than the practice round (where we only got through 13 holes) due to the storms yesterday afternoon and evening. Around the greens became really muddy, requiring a lot of precision and decisiveness in chipping. We also adjusted some tee shots in the second round, and that reduced the amount of double-bogeys. It was fun to watch the climb up the leaderboard!"
