NOTABLES:

The Lancers moved up three spots on the day, and they are only two spots back from the top five.

Much like Landis on day one, Choi was incredibly consistent in the second round. She had 16 pars in 18 holes of golf, and she has 29 pars over the two days. She added one birdie as well in the round.

Choi was one of six players in the 82 player field to slash six strokes from her opening round, and it helped her climb into the top 15.

Emma Landis stayed steady, nearly matching her first round with a second-round 75, which was enough to help her move up three spots into a tie for 11th in the field. She had a pair of birdies on the day.

Lauren Sims had a team-best three birdies on the day to move up five spots in the standings with a 78.

Annabelle Jennings held firm in her spot from the first day, and Aine Martin knocked one stroke off her first day score.

WHAT THEY SAID:

"The wind really picked up today, and the team handled it very well," said Longwood Head Coach Megan Weaver. "We moved up three places and are only two strokes behind fifth. Ester hit an impressive 15 greens in regulation and really capitalized on it! Emma and Ester are both sitting in the top 15. I'm excited to see how low we can go tomorrow for the final round!"
