FARMVILLE, Va. – Former Longwood University men's golf All-American Tim White '83 will play in the 72nd Senior PGA Championship next month, May 24-29, at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky. He qualified for the prestigious tournament with his top-35 finish at the 22nd Senior PGA Professional National Championship last October at the Toscana and Rancho La Quinta Country Clubs in Palm Springs, California. White tied for 21st with his rounds of 70-69-75-74--288 among the field of 264 that showcased PGA Professionals that are at least 50 years of age, and who qualified through one of the 41 PGA Sections.
