FARMVILLE, Va. – Longwood baseball is headed to the postseason!
 
The Lancers claimed the sixth seed at the conclusion of the Big South Conference regular season, and the team will take on No. 3 USC Upstate on Wednesday, May 20 at 3 p.m. at HomeTrust Park in Asheville, N.C. Tickets are available HERE.
 
For Longwood, it is the team's first trip to the postseason since the 2018 season, when the Lancers were the No. 8 seed.
 
Longwood finished the regular season 29-25 overall and 11-13 in Big South play, tied for the third-most wins in league play since joining the conference in 2013.
