WHAT THEY SAID:
"Most of the day was a struggle for the majority of us," said Longwood Head Coach
Kevin Fillman. "There were too many times when either we didn't do what we had planned or things just simply didn't go our way. Probably the only good news from the team perspective is that we have an opportunity to go correct those wrongs tomorrow. With our backs being against the wall a bit, we're going to have to put forth a much better effort in order to post a number that will allow us to get by as many teams as possible."
UP NEXT:
Longwood returns to the course for the third and final round on Tuesday morning in their final tournament of the spring prior to the Big South Championship in two weeks.
