CLEVELAND, Ohio – Longwood field hockey had eight players receive Academic All-MAC Team honors, the Mid-American Conference (MAC) announced on Monday afternoon.

To qualify, a student-athlete had to post a 3.20 cumulative GPA and to have played in at least half of the team's contests.

Meghan Hyatt,
Kylie Levine,
Santia McLaughlin,
Cara Obeirne, Lara van Nunen and
Isis Vrolijks all earned their spots for their work both in the classroom and on the field.

For Frey, Johnson and Levine, it marks their third straight season earning Academic All-MAC Team honors. Obeirne and van Nunen each earned a spot for the second straight season as well.
