FARMVILLE, Va. -- Longwood senior Emma Johnson has long been a force on the field and in the locker room for the Lancer lacrosse program, and the three-year captain recently gave Longwood fans an inside look at her leadership style during the latest Sights & Sounds video for LongwoodLancers.com.

One of seven returning starters for Longwood this season, Johnson is part of a veteran-laden Lancer squad that is just two years removed from a second-place Big South finish in 2019. Follow the Baltimore, Md., native as she leads her team through preseason practice at Dr. Elizabeth Burger Jackson Field in preparation for the rapidly approaching 2021 season.
