FARMVILLE, Va. — Six Longwood student-athletes have been named to the 2025-26 Virginia Sports Information Directors Academic All-State Team, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Field hockey players Caylin Donlevy, Meghan Hyatt and Brenna Kadjeski as well as track athletes Liliana Arevalo and Daniel Duarte. Rounding out the group is Alexandra Burst of the women's lacrosse team.
To be eligible for the Academic All-State Team, honorees must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.25 or higher and be a sophomore or higher on any of the Lancers' varsity teams.
Donlevy, a junior in 2025-26, holds a 3.98 GPA in psychology. Hyatt, a senior, had a 3.94 in elementary education. Kadjeski, a sophomore, had a 3.96 GPA in history.
Arevalo, a junior last season, holds a 3.99 GPA in graphic and animation design. Duarte, a sophomore, has a 3.89 GPA in biology. Finally Burst, a senior had a 3.87 GPA in political science.
In total, 215Â student-athletes from 36Â different schools across the state were represented on the 2025-26 VaSID Academic All-State Team.
