FARMVILLE, Va. — The Longwood men's golf team will play 11 tournaments in 2026-27, as head coach Kevin Fillman announced the schedule on Thursday.
The season opens at the Bryan National Collegiate, hosted by UNC Greensboro, on Sept. 12-13 at Bryan Park Golf Course. Next up, the Lancers travel to the Ironwood Intercollegiate in Greenville, N.C., on Sept. 28-29. That event is hosted by East Carolina.
Elon's Phoenix Open is slated for Oct. 12-13 at Alamance Country Club in Burlington, N.C., followed by the Qubein Cup, put on by High Point at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro from Oct. 19-20.
Old Dominion hosts the OBX Intercollegiate Oct. 25-27 in Powells Point, N.C., at Kilmarlic Golf Club, closing the fall schedule for Longwood.
The Lancers begin spring Feb. 20-21 at The Savannah Intercollegiate at The Club at Savannah Harbor, moving on to the App State's Surf Club Invitational at the Surf and Beach Club March 8-9 in North Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Longwood is in Virginia for its next two events — the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate in Williamsburg on March 22-23 and the Giles-Spratley Collegiate in Midlothian on April 5-6.
The final regular-season event of the season for the Lancers is the Rutherford Intercollegiate at the Penn State Golf Course in State College on April 17-18.
The Big South championship is set for April 25-28 at a site to be determined.
