FARMVILLE, Va. – Longwood Director of Cross Country and Track
Brooke Craig announced the team's schedule today.

The Lancers will race four times in the regular season with the Big South Conference Championship and the NCAA Southeast Regionals at the end of the campaign.

Two of the four meets will be at the Longwood Cross Country Course, with registration still available for teams interested in competing at either the Lancer Home Open (Sept. 18) or the Lancer Pink Invite (Oct. 9). Details are available

In addition, Longwood will open the season at both the Eyeopener, hosted by USC Upstate, on Sept. 4. The remainder of the team not running that day will head to the Spider Alumni Open (Sept. 5), hosted by the University of Richmond.

After the Lancer Home Open, Longwood will head to the Paul Short Run (Oct. 2), hosted by Lehigh University.

The Lancers return home for the Lancer Pink Invite before the Big South Championship (Oct. 30) in Spartanburg, S.C. with USC Upstate as the host.

The NCAA Southeast Regionals (Nov. 13) are two weeks later to close the season.
