WHAT THEY SAID:
"It's great to see Dave have the tournament he had," said Longwood Head Coach
Kevin Fillman. "He works hard and definitely deserves to be rewarded for his work. I'm really happy for Cam to. We need some guys to step up and show they can help our golf team, and he certainly made a step in the right direction. We just didn't fire on enough cylinders this week, which is a bit disappointing, but, at the same time, not overly discouraging. We have some others playing on an event later this week, and we'll have a few more answers afterwards."
