THE OPENING TIP
•    Longwood hosts Maryland Eastern Shore to close out a three-game homestand.
•    The game features a canned food drive for Feed More, with fans able to bring two canned goods to receive a free ticket.
•    For the Lancer men, the team has won back-to-back games and is now 3-0 at the Joan Perry Brock Center this season.
•    The team has scored at least 80 points in every home game while hitting 90 twice.
•    Twice in four games Longwood has had five players score in double figures
•    Three players average double figures in scoring while six players are averaging at least eight.
•    Following the matchup with UMES, Longwood will play four straight away from Farmville, with a trip to Columbia followed by three games in three days at the Capital Thanksgiving Classic over Thanksgiving weekend against Siena, Maine and American.
 
LAST TIME OUT
•    Longwood was lights out on offense and defense in the first half and fended off a rally from Binghamton late on Homecoming weekend for a 90-82 win.
•    The Lancers knocked down seven threes in the first half, and the defense didn't allow a made three for the Bearcats as Longwood took a 52-30 lead at the half.
•    Emanuel Richards had a career-best four threes in the first half, and he led the team with a career-high 22 points on the day.
•    Jacoi Hutchinson (12 points), Elijah Tucker (11 points), Redd Thompson, Jr. (11 points) and Jaylen Benard (11 points) all joined Richards in double figures.
•    Binghamton had 25 points and 12 rebounds from Demetrius Lilley and 16 points and 11 assists from Jeremiah Quigley to rally late.

•    Longwood batters the offensive glass, grabbing at least 12 offensive rebounds in four straight games to start the season: 19 against Mary Baldwin (11-3), 12 at Pitt (11-7), 14 against James Madison (11-12) and 15 against Binghamton (11-15).
•    The team's 15 offensive boards per game rank second in the Big South and 48th in the nation.
•    Longwood leads the Big South in free throw attempts per game (31.5), and the team has shot at least 30 free throws three times in four games.
•    Not only that, but the team also leads the Big South in free throw makes per game (24.8), a mark that ranks fifth nationally.
•    The .786 free throw percentage is the best mark in the league and 32nd nationally.
•    Longwood forces 17.3 turnovers per game, good for second in the Big South and 37th in the nation.
•    That has helped Longwood have a +6.0 turnover margin, which is third in the Big South and 33rd nationally, as the team only turns it over 11.3 times per game.
•    Twice this season Longwood has finished with seven turnovers in a game, and the team has forced at least 20 turnovers twice.
•    In the past two games, Longwood has posted an assist rate better than 50 percent, with 16 assists on 29 made shots against Binghamton (11-15) and 12 assists on 21 made shots against James Madison (11-12).
•    The Lancers have also grabbed at least 10 steals in a game three times this season.
•    The team's 11.3 steals per game is second in the Big South and 21st in the nation.
•    Over the past four seasons, Longwood is averaging 21.3 wins per season.
