FARMVILLE, Va. – Longwood softball is hosting a fall team camp on Saturday and Sunday, September 23-24. The camp is open to both teams and individuals and will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
 
Teams can sign up for one day, or receive a discount by signing up for both days, and it will feature both games and skill instruction. Teams are guaranteed two games, and the camp will help provide opportunities for players to strengthen and learn in-game strategies.
 
For individuals, they can sign up and be placed on a team with the opportunity to compete against other local club teams. As with teams, individual players will also have the ability to sign up for one day or receive a discount for signing up for both.
 
There will be a lunch break during the day, but lunch is not provided, and players are asked to bring turfs or sneakers for the hitting cages in addition to cleats.
