Lancer Run Better Clinic once again this summer.

June 24, runners in 6-12
th grade can come learn from the Longwood cross country coaching staff at the Longwood cross country course on Johnson Drive. The cost is $50 for the morning clinic that runs from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

Clinic staffers will offer instruction and tips on a variety of ways to help runners in that age group get a jumpstart on their summer training as well as ways to help enhance their running. The clinic includes segments on activation drills, post running strength work and a talk about nutrition.
