FARMVILLE, Va. – The 2016-17 college basketball season begins this Saturday, Nov. 5, at 5 p.m. when the Longwood men host neighboring Hampden-Sydney in a preseason exhibition in Willett Hall. The Longwood women's team follows a day later with a 2 p.m. matchup against Randolph in Willett Hall Sunday.
 
For fans planning to attend either game, below is pertinent information related to Longwood Gameday.
 
TICKETING

• Fans attending the Longwood men's basketball home game this this evening may purchase tickets beginning at 1 p.m. in the Willett Hall ticket office Saturday. Those who reserved tickets over the phone may also pay for and pick up their tickets at that same time and location.
• Cash or check will be accepted. Credit card transactions are not an option at this time.
• Upon receiving tickets, fans must exit Willett Hall prior to the doors opening at 4 p.m. for the game.
• Complimentary tickets left for the Longwood basketball player/coach, Hampden-Sydney player/coach, Longwood softball player and Longwood cheerleader pass list will be located inside of Willett Hall, beginning at 4 p.m. and can be accessed by entering through the doors to the far right of the entrance.
• Season ticket holders and VIP guests may pick up their tickets at the table located outside of the entrance.

PARKING

• Fans have several parking options available on campus, highlighted in the campus map below.
• Faculty, staff and season ticket holders may park in the Willett Hall parking garage, located adjacent to Willett Hall and the Lancer tennis courts on Redford Street. Season ticket holders should use their parking pass to gain access to the garage.
• Others in attendance can park in a number of designated lots on campus, highlighted below in yellow. All designated non-reserved parking lots are available to fans on game day regardless of campus signage specifying "faculty and staff only."
• The parking designations are available for all remaining home games for Longwood men's and women's basketball.
