FARMVILLE, Va. – One of the most beloved acts in all of sports is coming to Farmville, Va., this February, as Longwood University hosts the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters in Willett Hall.
As part of their 90th Anniversary World Tour, the Globetrotters will take over the home court of the Lancers on Feb. 24 for a night of the team's trademark, family-friendly brand of fun. The show in Farmville is part of a five-month tour that also includes stops at Madison Square Garden, Quicken Loans Arena, the Barclays Center and numerous other professional sports venues in the United States and abroad.
Tickets for the event are on sale now through
the official website of the Harlem Globetrotters. A limited number of discounted tickets is available from Oct. 23 through Oct. 30 by using the promo code EARLY.
Also for the Farmville show, the Globetrotters will offer their Magic Pass program, which entitles pass-bearers special pre-game access and interaction with the Globetrotters two hours prior to the start of the show. Magic Pass holders will have the opportunity to spend time with the players on the court and try their hand at the unique shots and ball tricks the Globetrotters are famous for.
