FARMVILLE, Va. -- The Longwood University men's and women's tennis matches against visiting Morgan State University of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference on Tuesday, March 27, at 1 p.m., have been designated The S.A.M.E. (Shortest Athletics March Ever).  Playing on the very successful theme of The GAME events of the past two years, the march will begin on the steps of the Lankford Student Union at 12:45 p.m. and proceed less than 200 feet up Brock Commons to the Lancer Courts.  All students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to join in this march and remain afterwards to cheer both teams during the collegiate matches.  There will be free headbands for the first 125 participants.  For more information, please contact Steve Brdarski at 395.2354 or Jakob Gustafsson at 395.2320.
