"I am very pleased with the overall individual performances as most had season-bests and ran better than last year," said head coach
Catherine Hanson. "We have had a very hilly training regime this year and I'm excited for us to race at the Van Cortlandt course next week with the traditional 8K and 5K distances. Overall the season has been a very successful one in as far as team and individual performances go."
