Aaron Bradley is among the most successful wrestlers in school history, posting a two-year career record of 55-9 with back-to-back 20-win seasons in 1999-2000 and 2000-01. He became the program's first All-American in 2001 when he placed eighth at the 2001 NCAA Division II Tournament, which capped off a 29-6 season that year.

Following his time as a Lancer, Bradley joined the high school coaching ranks and eventually took over as head varsity wrestling coach at Hanover. He led Hanover to the 2014 Virginia 5A State Championship and four regional titles while earning both district and region coach of the year honors in 2014. That same year, he received Virginia Coach of the Year from the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.

The Longwood College Male Athlete of the Year in 2000, Bradley will be the second wrestler in the Longwood Athletics Hall of Fame, joining 1986 Longwood graduate Tim Fitzgerald, who was part of the 2014 class.
