Ross opened the 2010-11 campaign with a collegiate-best 70-71-73--214 to win the Manor Intercollegiate September 13-14.  It was his first college tournament victory as he matched his career low round of 70, and established a new collegiate-low for 36 holes (141) as well.  Through two tournaments and six rounds of competition, Sumner is averaging 73.17, well below his career average of 76.52.
