Men's tennis sophomore Alfonso Castellano went 3-0 in singles play and paired with freshman Julian Farthing to go 2-0 in doubles play during the Christopher Newport Fall Invitational. Castellano won all three singles bouts in straight sets and lost more than one game in just one of those sets.

Farthing matched Castellano with a 3-0 singles record as those two combined to account for eight of Longwood's 15 wins at the two-day tournament.
