FARMVILLE, Va. – Longwood University men’s basketball freshman Damarion Geter/Dayton, Ohio has been named the Longwood Male ARMS Software Athlete of the Week. He averaged 27.0 minutes, 5.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in two games last week against VMI and Gardner-Webb. The forward made 5-6 field goals and 1-4 free throws with three blocks and two assists in the pair of performances, as well. He posted a career-high seven points and two blocks along with two rebounds against GWU after logging four points, seven rebounds and two assists against VMI. Geter, who started five of 32 games this year, finished the season with averages of 2.2 points and 3.3 rebounds, while shooting 57% from the field with 31 assists, 15 blocks and 14 steals.
