•  Longwood took two of three on the road at High Point, winning the Friday game 6-5 before falling 10-0 on Saturday and rallying for a 7-2 win on Sunday to clinch the series.

•  In the first game, Jaxon Lloyd was excellent on the mound, and an eighth-inning three-run home run by Jon Howard put Longwood up 6-2. While HPU cut it to one in the bottom of the eighth, JR Fordham closed it out.
