ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Due to inclement weather that has forced schedule adjustments throughout the Big South Tournament, Longwood baseball will not play tonight (Thursday), with the team's game postponed to Friday at time to be determined.
 
The Lancers earned the opportunity to advance in the tournament thanks to a 17-7 win over fifth-seeded Radford in an elimination game.
 
Now, Longwood will play the lowest-seeded team that loses from the foursome of No. 1 High Point, No. 2 Winthrop, No. 3 USC Upstate and No. 4 Charleston Southern.
