FARMVILLE, Va. — Gardner-Webb has forfeited its Big South match with the Longwood women's tennis team, scheduled for Saturday at the New Lancer Courts. 

With the win, the Lancers improve to 8-6 overall and 2-1 in the league while the Runnin' Bulldogs move to 1-6 and 0-4, respectively.

Longwood hosts George Washington Sunday at 10 a.m., with senior day festivities planned prior to first serve.
