HOW IT HAPPENED:

Lafayette (3-0) had control for a majority of the match, as the Preseason Offensive Player of the Year, Stella Malinowski, assisted on two goals in the first quarter for the Leopards.

The Lancers were game and posted two shots in the first quarter, but the back line for Lafayette fended off the attempts for the Lancers.

Sophie Mooldijk made seven saves in the cage for the Lancers, but the Lafayette attack ultimately proved to be too much on the day.
