THE OPENING TIP
•    Longwood heads back out on the road with a trip to Morgan State, the team's fifth game in six away from home.
•    The two teams play for the third straight season and fourth time in five seasons.
•    The Lancers are in the midst of a stretch that sees them play seven of nine on the road, their longest road swing of the season.
•    Longwood has had five players score in double figures four times this season, and the team is 3-1 in those games.
•    The Lancers have five games remaining prior to the start of Big South play.
•    Longwood was picked third in the Big South preseason poll, although two total points separated the third through fifth place teams.

LAST TIME OUT
•    Longwood hosted Pfeiffer on Wednesday night following four straight on the road, winning 101-55.
•    Five players scored in double figures for Longwood, with Elijah Tucker tallying a team-best and career-high 24 points.
•    Tucker had 18 of his 24 in the first half, and he finished the game with six dunks.
•    Emanuel Richards added 17 points, and Jacoi Hutchinson pitched in 15 points.
•    Alphonzo 'Fats' Billups tallied 14 points along with a career-best six assists, and Redd Thompson Jr. posted 12 points and five assists.
•    The Lancers never trailed and shot better than 60 percent from 65 percent from the floor on the night.
•    Meanwhile, the Longwood defense, keyed by four blocks from Elijah Kelly, held Pfeiffer to 34 percent shooting.
•    Justin Gaten led Pfeiffer with 15 points while Doug Smith added 13 points.
