Emily Nylen has become a force for Longwood on the defensive end of the floor, as the 6-5 sophomore is third in conference play with 2.00 blocks per game.

Raven Williams leads the Lancers and ranks among the top 15 in the Big South this season in points (13.4), assists (3.07), steals (1.78).
• Williams and
Kyndal Skersick combine to form one of the top pairs in the league in shooting from beyond the arc, as the duo is averaging 2.6 threes per game which ranks second of any pair in the conference.

Raven Williams combined for 37 points for a depleted Longwood roster, but Liberty escaped Willett Hall with a 65-60 victory Tuesday night.
• In her second game back from injury, Skersick led Longwood with a season-best 21 points on 6-of-8 performance from the field and 4-of-6 from beyond the arc
• Williams also turned in another strong performance, finishing with 16 points and a 7-of-7 mark from the free throw line while leading the Lancers with six rebounds, five assists and three steals.
• Longwood led first-place Liberty for more than 30 minutes of the game and outshot Liberty from the floor and from beyond the arc.
• A season-low seven players saw action for Longwood.
By The Numbers• Longwood has been successful shooting the three this season, as the Lancers have made at least four three-point field goals in each game they've played. Longwood hit a season-high 11 three-point field goals at Presbyterian
• The Lancers have played a total of five schools from a power five conference this season — Wake Forest, Florida, Virginia Tech, Virginia and Clemson. The five games against the power five is the most of any team in the Big South this season.

Raven Williams has been Longwood's top threat from beyond the arc this season, as she is ranked sixth in the conference with 1.58 treys per contest.
• Williams is the only player in conference play to rank in the top five in points (14.8 PPG; 4th), assists (3.33 APG; 5th), steals (2.22 SPG; 5th) and minutes played (34.89 MPG; 3rd).

Emily Nylen has climbed into the top 10 in blocked shots in the Big South this season. Nylen is sixth in the league averaging 1.59 blocks per game and is fourth in conference play with 2.00 blocks per game.

Brenna Robbins has come alive on the offensive end of the floor, as she has scored in double figures in five games this season, including a career-high in three straight games. The sophomore scored 12 points at Presbyterian in the first meeting between the two schools.

Scouting Presbyterian• Presbyterian enters Willett Hall with a 13-13 overall record and an 8-9 mark in conference play. Saturday's matchup has seeding implications for the VisitMyrtleBeach.com Big South Tournament and could be a potential first-round match-up for the Lancers.
• Presbyterian has had a week since its last game against first-place Liberty. The Blue Hose dropped that contest 63-41, and shot just 28.0 percent on the night.
• PC has two of the top freshmen in the Big South this season in sharpshooters Cortney Storey and Janie Miles. Storey has earned The Crons Brand Freshman of the Week honors for two straight weeks, while Miles is the squad's second leading scorer with 8.3 points per game and is fourth in the league in three-pointers per contest.
• Despite a season-high 11 three-point field goals for Longwood and a season-high five treys from
Kyndal Skersick, Longwood dropped the contest earlier this season in Clinton, 53-48.
