Sarah Moomau|Winchester (John Handley) improved her spring singles record to 7-7 as well as her winning streak to five matches with a 6-3, 6-1 victory at No. 5. The Lancers (7-7) play in their last match of the 2011 season on Sunday, April 17, at 2 p.m. on the road against Radford in Radford, Virginia.

Nicole Parker|Richmond (Mills Godwin) has won four-straight matches so far after a 6-2, 6-1 decision at No. 6 singles. She also won at No. 3 doubles 8-6 with sophomore partner

Marta Pinyol|Barcelona, Spain (IESM Ferran Tallada) at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. Jakab fell in three sets 6-0, 4-6, 6-3, and Pinyol dropped 6-3, 6-1. The duo also fell at No. 1 doubles 8-1.
