GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Longwood University women's tennis team swept the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) member Aggies of North Carolina A&T 7-0 on Sunday, February 20 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Three freshmen Lancers shutout their opponent in No. 4

Nicole Parker|Richmond (Mills Godwin), all of whom won 6-0, 6-0. Longwood will next travel to Buies Creek, North Carolina to face Campbell University on Friday, February 25, beginning at 1:30 p.m.

Jakab also won at No. 1 singles 6-1, 6-3, while Pinyol was victorious at the No. 2 position with a score of 6-2, 6-0. Junior
Veronika Bohm|Hirschberg, Germany (Ludwig Frank) topped her No. 3 singles foe 6-3, 6-0.
