Longwood University Athletics

2021: Appeared in 13 games for Longwood... tallied two goals on just three shots... scored first goal of her season on the road at Richmond... added her second in a 16-4 win over Delaware State... picked up a ground ball against High Point. 

2020: Started all eight games as a freshman, scoring nine goals and adding an assist... Named Big South Freshman of the Week after totaling three goals and an assist against American and Delaware State... scored in six consecutive games to begin her collegiate career... scored multiple goals three times, doing so against Richmond (2/9), American (2/22), and East Carolina (2/26)... picked up five ground balls and totaled 18 shots. 

High School: Finished lacrosse career with 128 goals, 74 assists, and 266 draw controls... Voted “All-Conference IAAM” in her freshman and sophomore seasons while also earning Anne Arundel All- County second team honors… Earned All Bayside Conference second team in Junior and Senior year while winning two Bayside Championships and making it to the state semi-finals in her junior year… Also was a Brine Classic national champion while representing the Maryland Academy Girls division in 2015… Four year starter for soccer team, winning Bayside Championship and being named "Unsung hero" as a senior... Competed in cross country and basketball for her freshman season.

Personal: Daughter of Andrew and Karen Karnes... has a brother, Colin... majoring in Biology.
