2018 (Sophomore): Started three of her 13 appearances...made her first career appearance at William & Mary after missing her freshman season with injury...career-high four ground balls against Mount St. Mary’s...caused a turnover in four contests...won season-best four draws at Campbell...collected 13 ground balls on the season, 10 draws and forced four turnovers...played a full 60 minutes at Winthrop (3/31)...Longwood Scholar-Athlete.

2017 (Freshman): Sat out with a redshirt for a shoulder injury sustatined in the offseason...Longwood Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Four-year high school lacrosse career at Eastern View in which she scored a school-record 228 career goals, dished 90 career assists and amassed 160 draw controls…All-conference first team and all-region second team attack selection…received all-state second team, all-conference first team and all-region first team honors as a defender…scored 40 goals as a freshman and sophomore, then scored 72 as a junior and 63 in her final prep season…Eastern View's first multi-sport all-state athlete as well as the lacrosse program's first Division I recruit…Howard was equally decorated as a four-year field hockey standout, twice earning all-conference first team and all-region first team honors…four-year honor roll student…volunteered as an athletic training student aid and with the CUMC Food Closet handout, along with several other organizations.
