Longwood University Athletics

2021: Appeared in 14 games, making 10 starts... tallied eight goals and four assists, adding six ground balls and two caused turnovers... scored her first goal of the season against Old Dominion while adding an assist... scored two goals against both Delaware State and Gardner-Webb... tallied a season-best three points against Gardner-Webb in a 12-11 win on her senior day after graduating in just three years... member of IWLCA Honor Roll. 

2020: Did not compete while recovering from an injury she suffered during the fall.
 
2019: Made an immediate impact as a freshman, starting all 17 games…totaled nine goals, four assists and 13 points…also contributed 12 ground ball and two caused turnovers…scored three of her goals on free position shots…highest-scoring game of the season came against Big South rival Radford, against which she scored four goals in a 16-15 win (4/6)…also scored two goals in her season debut at Duquesne (2/10).
 
Prior to Longwood: Joins the Longwood lacrosse program as a four-year starter at Perry Hall High School while also lettering in basketball and field hockey…O’Connor was a team captain for both the field hockey and lacrosse teams as she was invited to play in the County All-Star Game for field hockey this fall…As a junior, O’Connor led the team in overall points and was one of the top scorers on the squad…O’Connor was an all-around student-athlete as she made the Academic Honor Roll and was an All-Academic performer in all three sports of basketball, field hockey and lacrosse.

Personal: Daughter of Gene and Shawne O’Connor…has two older siblings (Sierra, 21 and Taylor, 23)…mother, Shawne, played basketball and lacrosse at UMBC…her sister, Taylor, played lacrosse at Towson and currently plays at LIU Brooklyn…sister, Sierra, plays lacrosse at LIU Brooklyn as well.
