2018 (Senior): Career-high in goals (17), assists (2) and points (19) as well as shots (32), shots on goal (29), shots on goal percentage (.906), ground balls (15) and caused turnovers (7)...played in all 18 games...six multi-goal games (Lafayette, William & Mary, ECU, Winthrop, Radford and Gardner-Webb)...led the team in shots on goal percentage...collected season-high 3 ground balls against Presbyterian and caused two turnovers at ECU... Longwood Scholar-Athlete.

2017 (Junior): Started two of 10 games played...scored a career-best nine goals and added an assist...collected three ground balls and won two draw controls...career-high five-goal performance against Howard (2/22)...Longwood Scholar-Athlete.

2016 (Sophomore): Played in 10 games... tallied six points on the year... netted five goals and added one assist... recorded a .875 shot-on-goal percentage (7-of-8)... had two two-goal performances versus St. Mary's (Calif.) and Radford... Longwood Scholar-Athlete recipient.

2015 (Freshman): Played in three games as a freshman… scored two goals on four shots for a .500 shot percentage... posted a perfect 1.000 shots on goal percentage… netted a goal on one shot taken in each of team’s back-to-back wins over Gardner-Webb and Presbyterian.

High School: Multi-sport athlete at Sturgeon Composite High School in Edmonton, Alberta … lettered four years in box lacrosse and three times in field lacrosse, twice in track and rugby, and once in basketball and volleyball … played four years with Team Alberta and helped the squad to the box lacrosse national championship … also won the provincial championship with Team Alberta and helped the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League Championship Cup with the Drillers junior ladies team … won the All-Star Award at the high school national competition for scoring the most points at the tournament … also named MVP at nationals … received the Heart and Hustle Award for sportsmanship … a three-year honor students … twice earned honors with distinction .. earned the leadership award … coached box and field lacrosse.
 
Personal: Born Charleigh Claire Kondas on Feb. 16, 1997 … daughter of Mark Kondas and Brenda McCallister … has a sister, Darcie … father played volleyball at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology … plans to major in English and minor in political science with a concentration in pre-law … plans to attend law school after graduation and practice corporate law.
