Junior (2009): Started all 17 games ... led the team with 47 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers ... second on the team with 36 draw controls ... caused three turnovers in four games last season ... picked up a season-high six ground balls at Virginia Tech (4.7) ... collected a season-high five draw controls vs. Mount St. Mary’s (3.7).

Sophomore (2008): Started all 16 games ... scored eight goals with two assists for 10 points ... ended the season with a .933 shots on goal percentage after taking 15 shots with 14 shots on goal ... collected 24 ground balls, 18 draw controls and 16 caused turnovers.

Freshman (2007): Started all 16 games ... scored one goal ... recorded two shots, one of which was on goal for a shots on goal average on .500 ... led the team in ground balls with 26 ... collected eight draw controls ... led the team in caused turnovers with 14.

Before Longwood: Four-year letterwinner in lacrosse, field hockey and basketball ... named First Team All-County in lacrosse and basketball and was team MVP of lacrosse senior year ... also Named Long Reach's Athlete of the Year her senior year ... Second-Team All-County selection senior and junior year.

Personal: Daughter of Chuck and Michele Nethken ... member of the National Honor Society and earned the Principal’s Award in high school ... majoring in exercise science.
