High School: A draw specialist and midfielder from DePaul Catholic High School…Lettered in Lacrosse (Four years), Soccer (Four years), Basketball (One year), Flag Football (One year)...Accolades include: First Team All-County (Four years), All-Academic League (Three years), All-Conference (Three years), Conference Player of the Year (Two years), multiple athlete and player of the week awards, ranked top five in goals and draw controls in New Jersey, first team all-Passaic County, and first team all-conference. Records Held: In state fourth in points, third in goals, and second in draw controls. Passaic County Champions 2025. Career totals: 331 goals, 70 assists, 401 points, 271 ground balls, 514 draw controls, 125 caused turnovers.
 
Personal: Daughter of Dennis Bower and Janine Vallese-Bower, her older sister, Kayla Bower, played soccer at St. John's University. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy and work as a physical therapist or an athletic trainer. Enjoys baking, doing her nails, and doing her makeup. Her favorite athlete is Simone Biles. She is majoring in Kinesiology. Academic Accolades and Involvement: National Honor Society, Honor Roll (Four years), Engineering Academy.
