2024: MAC All-Academic selection…Started and played all 17 matches…Scored three goals to go with five assists as a threat on penalty corners…Had her first point of the season with an assist against Queens (Sept. 13)…Had an assist against Kent State (Sept. 27)…Tallied her first goal of the season at Ball State (Oct. 4)…Tallied an assist at Bellarmine (Oct. 13)…Followed it up with a goal and an assist against Miami (Oct. 18)…Scored a goal against Georgetown (Nov. 3) in the season finale…
 
2023: Appeared and started in all 18 matches as a senior. McDermott was selected to the All-MAC second team. Scored a career best three goals. Registered 20 shots on goal, including one game winner against Ball State (Oct. 8). Served as a mainstay on the defensive side for Longwood, where she recorded four defensive saves. Named MAC Offensive Player Of The Week following her performance against Ball State. 

2022: Appeared and started in 18 matches…Tallied six points off of one goal and four assists…Recorded a total of 12 shots with nine shots on goal…Played 60+ minutes in 16 of Longwood’s 18 contests…Assisted on two goals against Towson (Sept. 2), also had assists against Ohio (Sept. 23) and Central Michigan (Oct. 29)…Scored lone goal of the season in win over Central Michigan (Oct. 29)…

  • Appeared and played in five games
  • One game start against Saint Francis University
  • Logged 73 total minutes throughout the season

2020 (Freshman):
  • Appeared in three games in debut season at Longwood 
  • Logged a career-high 23 minutes in 8-1 win over Bellarmine
