2017 (Senior): Played a crucial role in the Lancer back line that led the MAC in goals allowed (22), goals against average (1.27), shutouts and scoring margin (+1.10)...started 11 of 13 games played...logged over 660 minutes...Academic All-MAC performer...Longwood Scholar-Athlete.

2016 (Junior): Started two of 14 games played...averaged 23.0 minutes playing 322 total...tallied an assist against Saint Louis in a 6-2 win...2016 ZAG/NFHCA National Academic Squad...Longwood Scholar-Athlete.

2015 (Sophomore): Started four of 11 games played... finished tied for fifth in the MAC with one defensive save... was a factor in Longwood ranking second in the MAC with 6.06 saves per game and third in the MAC in saves (103)... logged 37.91 minutes per game... 2015 ZAG/NFHCA National Academic Squad... Academic All-MAC... Longwood Scholar-Athlete

2014 (Freshman): Morton played in seven games including four starts in her freshman campaign as a Lancer. She made her first appearance at Georgetown before recording a defensive save against rival Liberty. Morton started the final four games of the season for the Lancers.

High School: Lettered in four sports at Tabb High School and was a two-time district and conference champion. Led the field hockey team to district and conference championships along with a state semifinal appearance in her senior year as a Captain. Lo received All-Conference and All-Region honors her senior season and participated in the National Hockey Festival twice and the Disney Showcase six times. Also lettered in lacrosse, track and cheerleading. Received the Athletic Merit award at Tabb High School and was on the honor roll all four years.

Personal: Lorissa is the daughter of Mike and Hannah Morton and has two brothers Michael and Matthew.
