Before Longwood: Four-year member of the varsity field hockey team at Cape Henry Collegiate in Virginia Beach ... team captain her senior season ... First-Team All-Conference and Second-Team All-State selection by Virginia Association of Independent Schools as a junior and senior ... scored 29 goals and added 23 assists in four years of field hockey ... Virginia-Pilot Athlete of the Week (December 19, 2006) ... also played lacrosse and two years of softball at CHC.

Personal: Named to Honor Roll all four years of high school ... received Norfolk Sports Club scholarship ... NFHCA Scholastic Team (2008) ... worked at an overnight surf camp during summer 2009 ... major is undecided.
