Prior to Longwood:
Duel high school athlete from Virginia, earned 17 goals and 24 assists between sophomore and senior year. Adams was a Co-Player of the Year in the Peninsula District, an All-District First Team member, All-Region First Team member, and an All-State First Team member as well as varsity team captain.
 
Personal:
Daughter of Jeffery and Kristi. Has one sibling, Kalyn, 22. Her favorite athletes are Derek Jeter (MLB) and Julia Young (Team USA Field Hockey). In her free time, Adams enjoys watching baseball, fishing, and shopping.
