Biography

2025: Made 13 appearances on the mound, all starts, while going 5-5 with a 6.94 ERA…Led the team in innings pitched and strikeouts…Tossed 71.1 innings and went at least five innings nine times…Struck out 72 against 60 runs on 77 hits and 33 walks…Struck out at least five batters seven times…Fourth in the Big South in strikeouts…Tenth in the Big South in ERA and fifth in opposing batting average against…Had his deepest outing of the season in a 7.2-inning effort against ETSU (March 15) where he struck out three against three runs on six hits and a walk…Had a season-high nine strikeouts against Winthrop (April 25) while giving up four runs on eight hits and no walks in six innings…Struck out nine to match his season high in a seven-inning effort against Radford (May 15) that saw him give up four runs, three earned, on nine hits and two walks… 
 
2024: Started the season as a starting pitcher, before switching roles and moving to the bullpen. Made a career high 17 appearances while starting seven. Pitched 33.0 innings where he posted a 7.36 ERA while striking out 44 batters. Allowed 27 runs on 35 hits in his senior season. Pitched season high 4.0 innings at Kennesaw State (March 3) where he allowed just one run on five hits. Struck out season best (six) at Winthrop (March 16) while allowing only one hit and zero runs. Picked up his sole win on the season at Radford (May 16) where he came on in relief, pitching 2.2 innings, allowing one hit and no runs. Thew more than one inning in 11 appearances while allowing a .278 batting average against in 2024.

2023: Long reliever turned starter at the end of the year for the Lancers…Second on the team with three saves while going 1-2 in 16
appearances, three starts…Posted a 3.79 ERA in 40.1 innings of work…Struck out 42 to 17 walks while giving up 20 runs, 17 earned, on 32 hits…Held opponents to a .211 batting average…Ten of his 16 appearances lasted more than one inning…Big South Starting Pitcher of the Week and Relief Pitcher of the Week one time each…Had five scoreless appearances in his final seven outings…Earned a four-inning save at Bethune-Cookman on March 3 by not allowing a run or walk while giving up only three hits against three strikeouts…Earned the save with 1.0 scoreless, hitless inning against Richmond on March 15…Earned the win against High Point on March 31 with 3.0 innings where he gave up one run on two hits with three strikeouts and no walks…Dominated to earn a save against Radford on April 28 by posting seven strikeouts, a season high, in scoreless 3.2 innings against two hits and one walk…Earned a start at Presbyterian on May 13 and took a tough no decision after six scoreless innings that saw him strike out seven against only three hits and two walks…
