Coach Bolding: “D.J. has continued to improve his batting skills over his first two seasons and could be a pleasant surprise to us all in this, his junior year. He will likely start the year as a key pinch hitter, but it would be no surprise to me for him to step up and nudge a place in the lineup for his bat; he could be only a couple of key successful opportunities away from making a real impact with his bat.”
