Prior to Longwood: Made three appearances in 2021 at Coastal Carolina...Posted a 2.70 ERA with three strikeouts in 3.1 innings...Surrendered two runs, one earned, over his appearances...Transferred to Coastal Carolina time at Catawba Valley Community College...In his redshirt-sophomore season, which was canceled early due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he went 1-1 with a 5.25 ERA oer four appearances on the mound...Struck out 17 in 12.0 innings of bullpen work...As a redshirt-freshman, made six appearances and earned one save with a 3.00 ERA in 6.0 innings...

High School: Posted a 17-3 record on the mound at Cherryville High School with a 1.55 ERA and 187 strikeouts...All-State selection as a junior at in 2016 while helping lead the team to a state championship...Posted a 9-1 record with four saves and a 0.76 ERA over 82.2 innings of work on the mound...Struck out 110 that season...Named the MVP of the state championship, a MaxPreps All-American and the conference player of the year in 2016...Was a 2016 Powerade State Games (Gold Medalist) for Region 6 at the USA Baseball National Training Center...Three time all-conference seletion...Posted a perfect 4-0 record with four saves and a 1.71 ERA as a sophomore with 46 strikeouts in 32.2 innings...
