WHAT THEY SAID:
"Ugly one today", said Head Coach
Ray Noe. "This was the result I was trying to avoid for a few weeks now based on our sloppy play (defense blunders, missing locations, giving away at-bats) of late. Thankfully, it happened now and we can move on and get back to focusing on the little things that has made this group great so far this year. We have to continue to value our day-to-day work while playing fast and fearless in practice so it will translate to the game.Looking forward to getting after it in practice tomorrow to get prepped for Radford this weekend."
UP NEXT:
The Lancers continue their long road stretch with a conference series against Radford University on Friday, Mar. 27, with first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m. This game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
