LAST TIME OUT
• Longwood went down to the wire on ESPNU against UNC Asheville on Thursday night before ultimately falling 79-74.
• Asheville had three players with at least 20 points: Toyaz Solomon and Justin Wright had 24 apiece, and Kameron Taylor added 22, including a game-sealing layup with less than a minute to play.

Alphonzo Billups III led four Lancers in double figures, scoring a season-high 20 points while going 8-11 from the floor.
Elijah Tucker had 15 points and 11 rebounds,

• He helped Longwood rally from a 17-point deficit after halftime to take the lead, and the two teams were separated by one possession for the final seven minutes of the game.
• Longwood held Asheville scoreless for eight minutes, and without a field goal for 10 before Asheville closed the contest with a 9-3 run.
